Ryan is the leader of the Ryan Dutka Real Estate Team and specializes in the listing and marketing of residential real estate.

Ryan joined RE/MAX river city in mid April of 1998 and has steadily climbed the charts as one of the office?s most dynamic and forward-thinking realtors.  After working in the new condo and residential real estate market, Ryan decided to start building a real estate team in June of 2001.

I wanted to bring my level of service and client satisfaction to a new standard to be looked at in Edmonton as the bench mark for selling real estate today.

Since May of 2001 Ryan?s team has grown to include two full time buyer?s agents and a full time office administrator.

I believe the people on this team are the best in the industry hands down, quotes Ryan.  I searched for years, interviewed hundreds of people and scoured all the offices in Edmonton to find the absolute best individuals to make up this team.

DEBBIE SMITH

Debbie grew up in a military family, moving from base to base throughout until the age of 18.  She graduated from the University of Regina as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in 1980, a profession of Laboratory Science in Hematology, chemistry, blood bank, histology and microbiology.

Debbie took her internship at theRegina GeneralHospital.

Debbie worked as a Registered Medical Lab Tech for 16 years at the Regina GeneralHospital, London Red Cross,GreyNunsHospital in Edmonton, and the Lethbridge Regional Hospital.

Debbie has been married for 23 years and is the mother of three children.  She and her family have lived in the Edmonton area for eight years and are involved in curling, minor hockey, Rotary, Grant McEwen Foundation Board and soccer.

After moving throughout her life, Debbie thought that Real Estate and helping people move would be an interesting career change.  Debbie worked as a Realtor for five years at Royal Lepage before joining the Ryan Dutka Team as a Buyer?s Specialist in 2003.

ASHLEY ERMANTROUT

Ashley was born and raised and is still living in the Morinville area. From a young age, she pursued various athletic activities achieving Canadian levels in all her sports. Through sports, she has gained valuable traits- dedication, commitment, determination and being an excellent team player.  

After completing highschool, Ashley studied Business Adminitration in N.A.I.T. and worked in the field service support. In 2005, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Ashley worked as a realtor for Executives Realty Challenge before joining the Ryan Dutka Team @ RE/MAX river city as a Buyer Specialist.
